UK Mainland
Shelves and Mantels
All our products are handmade, therefore we will require time to make your piece. The waiting time for your product to be delivered is approximately 14 working days.
All our shelves and mantels are quality checked before packing and wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection. The fixings are places inside carboard packaging and either wrapped in a bubble wrap or packed in a box or a postal tube.
Please leave a mobile phone number at checkout and we will forward this to the courier. This will assist with the delivery, particularly where special instructions are left. We will use your email address if no phone number is provided.
Small Furniture
Small furniture including cube shelves and coffee tables will be added to our workshop list to produce and are made to order, therefore the time for production should be allowed and added to delivery time. The waiting time is approximately 14 days.
Small furniture items, such as coffee tables will be disassembled, quality checked at packing department and bubble wrapped. All fixings will be attached to the bubble wrap inside of the cardboard. If you order a coffee table with a shelf please expect two different packages as we pack our shelves separately for better protection.

Large Furniture
All larger furniture will be assembled in our workshop and quality checked to make sure it all fits perfectly. The furniture then will be packed appropriately and loaded onto a pallet ready for collection by our courier.
Your item will then be dispatched and arrive at your address on a pallet on a date arranged between yourself and the pallet delivery company. It is important to open your delivery as soon as it is received so that this can be checked over, and so that the wood can breathe.
Please remember to leave your phone number at the checkout as we will forward this to the delivery company to contact you and arrange the delivery date directly with you. The phone number is a requirement by the delivery company and, if no number is provided, the order cannot be dispatched and there may be a delay in sending your item.
Isles, Highlands and Europe
In addition to UK mainland, we deliver to Highlands and Isles. For these areas, there will be an additional 2-5 working days for delivery so please consider this when placing your order. Some offshore postcodes are subject to extra charges.
We also deliver to some European countries, including Spain and Italy.

Pallet Orders
For all large furniture orders we use the pallet company. You will receive an email prior to dispatch to confirm an estimate dispatch date. The courier will usually contact you directly within 5 working days from dispatch to arrange a delivery date that is suited to you.
The courier will deliver “road side” which means that they are not obligated to assist in moving items into a home or commercial premises. It is recommended that 2 strong people take delivery to make sure that items can be moved easily.
On the date of delivery you must be at the delivery address as the delivery company will only attempt one delivery. If there is no one present to take receipt of the goods the item will be returned to the depot to await further instruction. Any more delivery attempts will incur an extra delivery charge.
The delivery company will not take the empty pallet away with them. We would recommend that you dispose of these responsibly, either at your local waste recycling facility, or for organising a collection with your local council, if they offer that service.
Please note; it is the buyer's responsibility to inform us of any access issues prior to delivery. Re-delivery charges may occur if delivery is unsuccessful due to access issues.
